If you want to get to the land of Milk (lots of green pastures) and Honey (lots of flowers that become fruit), to the Promised land, to prosper, you've got to not have any part with certain things that close your potential and were designed for your fall.

Some obvious ones are hard drugs. Crack, cocaine, heroine, Methamphetamines. Take these and become habituated to them, and you will have a very very hard time coming back. It was not for no reason that China came into a huge and exponentially growing debt with the BEIC and could not help themselves any longer until a man stepped up and dumped all the opium into the ocean. It's almost a death sentence.

Next in line is premature relationships. The reason I put this in is because I believe children need strong parental figures to support them and bring them up with everything they need. It must be emphasized that the person you choose as your mate must be ready for that role, wise and equipped, a good choice as a partner and parent. There must be good support and nurturement for the people brought into the world. <3>Notice how when some people are going through struggle they turn to these kinds of premature relationships? This must not be their most desirable resort, those people must be there in their lives so that they do not have to turn to this. It just allows for a chain effect of harsh living.

Next is those foods which cause eventual body failure. Yes. Foods cause dysfunction and the inability to reproduce. These are manufactured that way. They're almost a death sentence too. Think of all those comfort foods... buttered white refined biscuits, so hard to even dissolve from the mouth because they stick to the lining of your mouth, and then to intestinal walls... make you constipated... and all the MSG-laden food. Overactivates your brain for no functional reason. All the fried transfatty food. It makes you feel horrible but it gets you to overlook that and it gets you hooked onto it. These foods start to run your life, where you eat when it does not serve your body, you have absurd cravings, food becomes your reward, you can't live without it... beware, it's deadened your senses but if you desist for a while you will see you are much better off without, much more functional without. If you find yourself failing tests and not able to learn, no, this is not who you are, check if these things are corrupting your very beautiful, designed-for-thriving body and intelligent mind.

Finally (for my list), watch out for idols. These are figures or symbols or things that represent a way of living that was not what you were created for to begin with. You were created for much higher things. These things occupy, but do not take you further. These are things that get in the way of your potential, your destiny, because you don't see past them. Anytime you find yourself praising something that you think is holy (but in fact is not) or being attached to something, you have succumbed to an idol. Careful who you choose as a role model. Chances are they are quite lacking, not living to the full of the potential that is for you. Don't limit yourself to what they have become. Idols are fixed, but we are fluid, and with potential.

Eating fruits

I'm glad to have read that Jericho Sunfire eats fruits and drinks of their juice!

Post on JS's stay over 60 days (comments section).

Was pondering about this one for a while. Yeah, I had a coworker who would make all sorts of preposterous claims, like how he was 100 years old. I used to get angry at him, but I learned that it was his vata-like personality, and I ended up appreciating his imaginative nature, as long as he let me know the truth. Well, it's good to know. One thing he taught me was that people do like to fabricate their stories and fascinate others by giving false accounts! Yes, people do this.

Just seeing how Olivia wasted away to having almost no fat by the end of her third water fast, I had a better picture of how long a person can last without food.

I wonder about Barbara Moore, who was supposed to have not been able to eat food after transitioning from raw vegan food to greens and juices and eventually lemon juice in water. When looking at her picture, she looks very robust and thick. The report and her picture don't seem to go together.

The same goes for the report of Therese Neumann. She looks bloated. I read that she looked young, but she doesn't. She was supposed to have eaten a tiny wafer once a day.

There is also Giri Bala but she also looks like one who eats.

This man scares me a little. I do not aspire to look like him. His name is Prahlad Jani. He looks most like a person who has gotten used to not eating. He says there is a hole in his upper palate through which nectar is fed to him. I'm scared that's cerebrospinal fluid. He is very tiny. He went under constant surveillance for 10 days without drinking any water- only rinsing his mouth and bathing.

Well, that's just taking this all into view. I'm on my first day of fasting and I'm glad I'm getting to experience this. I'm going through extra cleansing this first day since I'm at *that time of the month* and going through this method of elimination early on. I'm looking forward to seeing how I do. Hopefully I'll do well and will be able to continue.
